INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 avocados
  • 8 strips Applewood bacon
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 3 cups iceberg lettuce
  • 3 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups leafy green lettuce
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS
